Most of us know the woes of the seasons changing and Springtime bringing a bunch of pollen and other fun times with it. Luckily, the Starter Kit has a great recipe to help support our bodies during these times. Peppermint, Lemon & Lavender are the staples I turn to when I start to get a tickle in my nose. I like to be prepared and make a roller just for this occasion.
Take a look at the kid-friendly recipe I use below:
*Double the recipe for a little extra kick, in a made-for-adults roller.

Apply the roller behind your ears, back of your neck, down your spine and bottoms of your feet a couple times a day or when you plan on being exposed to the things that make you sneeze.
(Lemon EO is photosensitive. It could possibly cause your skin to burn on the area you applied it if exposed to direct sunlight. Please roll it on skin that won’t be in the sunlight, i.e. under clothes, or stay in the shade)
